I woke up an hour early this morning, so I am pretty tired. Yesterday I really did not have anything to report other than my sister's camera is really frustrating me.
I took some really good pictures and I wanted to put them on here but alas her internal memory has hid them from me and won't let me access them without the cord.. and I have yet to get the cord of the camera.
Today we start the novena to St. Andrew,
Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in piercing cold. In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God! to hear my prayer and grant my desires, through the merits of Our Saviour Jesus Christ, and of His Blessed Mother. Amen.
My sister is growing like a balloon with the little baby inside of her. They would like to induce my sister before Dec 12th, my sister is due on the 20th. It is because they believe the baby is not recieving enough nutrition in the womb.
My brother in Ireland will be coming home! I am so excited to see him after a 5 month wait! My little brother is especially excited, telling me that he is keeping the bed warm for him (little boys are so cute).
I am currently reading Screwtape Letters by C.S.Lewis, and will be shortly moving into the Hunger Games series. I have heard very good reviews on it. Apparently the writing is really excellent.
I almost got trapped into yet another ani-twilight debate with a friend. I am so tired of debating that topic. I basically told her that no I will not get into this. I am here to say that I find the books damaging and that is all.
I do not know what to buy/make people for Christmass. This year has been so confusing already!
For school I have to read about the Jesuit Missionaries who first came to Canada and were slaughtered by the Indians. I thought poetry was suppossed to be romantic? Apparently not.
Umm and now I have to do school...

I've heard about the Hunger Games too, and I've been waiting for them from the library but I the line up for it is huge!!

Hope your sister and her baby go well, and that if they get her induced, that it'll go well.

I just finished reading The Hunger Games series. I wouldn't say the writing was excellent, but it isn't horrible. The first book was definitely the best. All of them are a bit morbid, but killing people isn't the them e of the series. The second book was great for character development, and although the plot was slower it was necessary as a bridge book. I do recommend the books though -- I really got sucked into them, and finished all three in a little over a week (which is fast for me, because usually I read slowly).
